Our Classes

Tumbling Class

Vegas Cheer Company in Henderson, Nevada offers tumbling classes for students ages 3 and up. We may also offer skill-specific classes to work basic and fundamental techniques. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, we have a class for you!

Our classes run from 45 to 55 minutes and are offered on various hours from Monday to Friday. As your safety matters to us, we ensure a low student to athlete ratio so that we give each athlete the attention they need.

All athletes will be evaluated quarterly. If all required skills have been mastered, our students may graduate to the next class. To register for a FREE trial class, CLICK HERE!

Class Descriptions

Preschool Tumble (45 Minutes)

Ideal for children ages 3 to 5, this class has no prerequisites. The athletes will be working on basic body control, baby handstands, forward and backward rolls, bridges, cartwheels and roundoffs.

Tumble 1 (55 Minutes)

This class has no prerequisites and is ideal for athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Here, athletes will learn:

  • Basic Body Control
  • Lunges
  • L Kick
  • Handstand
  • Forward and Backward Roll
  • Left Cartwheel
  • Right Cartwheel
  • Roundoff
  • Front Limber
  • Bridge
  • Backbends
  • Backbend Kick Over

Tumble 1 (55 Minutes) 

This class has no prerequisites and is ideal for athletes with little to no previous tumbling experience. Here, athletes will learn:

  • Handstands
  • Right Cartwheel
  • Left Cartwheel
  • Roundoff
  • Back Walkovers
  • Front Walkovers
  • Cartwheel Back Walkovers
  • Valdez



Tumble 2 (55 Minutes)

To register, athletes must have mastered all the required skills being taught in the Tumble 1 class. In this class, athletes will learn:

  • Standing Back Handspring
  • Roundoff Back Handspring
  • Back Walkover Back Handspring
  • Front Walkover Roundoff Back Handspring
  • Back Handspring Step Out Roundoff Back Handspring



Tumble 3/Tumble 4 (55 Minutes)

To register, athletes must have mastered all the required skills being taught in the Tumble 2 class. Here, they will learn:

  • Roundoff Back Handspring Tuck
  • Toe Touch Back Handspring
  • Multiple Jump Multiple Back Handspring
  • Front Walkover
  • Roundoff Back Handspring Tuck
  • Punch Fronts
  • Back Handspring Step Out Through to Tuck
  • Standing Back Tuck

Flyer Flex (55 Minutes)

There are no prerequisites for this class. This class is designed for athletes who want to increase their strength and flexibility. Focused on increasing flexibility in all splits, shoulders, and back, this class will help athletes achieve the necessary body positions for various tumbling skills as well as allowing flyers the ability to achieve the body positions in cheerleading!
